		<description>Get 40 minutes of cardio (walking, jogging, swimming, etc). That&#039;s how long it takes to burn fats properly. 
I&#039;d also mix up your routine a bit. Do weight training and cardio M-W-F, increase flexibility and strength T-Th (yoga and pilates is great for this). 
If you eat properly and work out 3 times a week you can lose about 2lbs of fat a week.
Don&#039;t look at the number on the scale, but instead look at the changes in your body. You may actually GAIN weight as your fat is replaced with muscle, but it&#039;s good weight. 
You can&#039;t target fat loss from one area, either. Fat is burnt evenly around the entire body. You can, however, target muscle building.</description>
