Good food and exercise for health and fitness!! but fun 2?

Question by Jorja H: Good food and exercise for health and fitness!! but fun 2?
I am a normal sized person not underweight not overweight.
Im not looking to lose weight (although a wee bit wouldnt hurt) but i am looking to tone up (without becoming to muscley or bulky) and just up my fitness levels.
What are some good and fun ways to exercise?? What do you do to keep motivation??
And what are healthy food choices?? for meals and snacks!!
thanks!

Well im just motivated becuase thats just me!! I guess because i always think about how i dont wanna be oveweight like everyone else you always see standing around you! But i always do the stair master at the gym and eliptical and i always work my muscles good and deep!![= Good snack choices that are light that i like to eat is strawberries(there the healthiest kind of fruit!) and light cheese sticks. Otherwise for all my meals i just try to keep them healthy and include a veggie in my dinner everynight! And count my calories, and count my fiber and stuff! =]

One of my most fun ways that I exercise is Tae Bo. Billy Blanks videos are so much fun and he is so encouraging. I love kicking and punching and all. Healthy food choices and other tips can be found at http://www.fitsugar.com , I love that blog.

Try mountain biking or road cycling I think they are a lot of fun. You can probably find cycling clubs in your area and I think it helps riding with others to motivate each other.

As for food, if it is not out of your price range, organic food is much healthier than processed foods and such. The best thing to do in my opinion is to eat things at there most natural state like fruits, vegetables, meat, nuts, etc.

One healthy snack I like to have is a mixture of nuts, sunflower seeds, raisins and other dried fruit. It’s good to have after working out because it contains protein that is necessary for your muscles to recover.

Dancing to the music is the fun way to exercise. If this is not feasible
nothing like yogic exercise. And in yoga doing Surya Namaskar i.e.
Sun Salutation is really healthy and invigorating, also fun way to
exercise. Amongst the healthy food choices first preference goes
to eating raw, second is steamed food and last is baked food. A good
apple followed by fresh lemon juice sweetened with honey would be
most ideal. Amongst nuts almonds and walnuts are the best. It is
not advisable to eat cashew nuts as it is heated to a very high temperature to extract the nut. Though consuming 4 to 5 nuts is
harmless. Good luck and God bless you. Cheers! :o )

i used to be a personal trainer at 24hour fitness. I have come across a gentleman with US military training secrets that could be put into use in & outside of the gym. He also shares some good information on eating healthy. check out my source to learn more.
