		<description>One thing that would really help you is to eat more frequently through the day.  When you go long periods without eating your body wants to hold on to the fat it has stored and not let it go.  Then by the time you eat again you end up eating more because your body goes into starvation mode.  Eating smaller meals more often will keep your metabolism going throughout the day and burn more calories.  

I walk at least 4 times a week for about an hour at a quicker pace.  I also bought The Transfirmer by The Firm which is a step style equipment you use with handweights.  It has cardio and sculpting for your entire body.  I have lost about 30 pounds and 2 pants sizes doing this so far!  You can go to www.firmdirect.com for more info.
