What treatment is she having?

Be very careful, there are a lot of scams out there.

Some may relieve some symptoms, some may have a placebo effect, some while doing no good will do no harm other than separating your family from their money, others wil actively counteract treatments being given by her Dr’s and may hasten her death.

The reason these treatments are not offered by Dr’s is there is no scientific evidence that they are safe or that they work, only anecdotal evidence.

I have used a mixture of calendula, essiac tea and european mistletoe, mixed together in a tea ball.
I’ve had my own tumor disappear (lymphoma) and two patients have had tumors disappear and chemo cancelled after CAT scans showed they were gone.
I use bulk herbs, not tinctures. All can be easily bought online.
Anybody else have any good herbs for cancer?
PS: My intent is not that people forgo “standard” treatment but that people have something to use as a preventative especially in the phase following chemo/radiation/surgery etc. where you just wait to see if it comes back. God bless.

Herbs are not any use whatsoever in fighting cancer. That requires medicine, surgery, radiation or a combination of all three. If your “intent is not that people forgo ‘standard’ treatment”, then why post lies about “making your own tumor disappear”? If that were true, you would be a recipient of the Nobel Prize for Medicine, instead of a bassist in a crummy band, Dave!

My mom just called me and she is very worried that I am eating too much, not eating healthy, not doing exercise, and not getting married. I was arguing with her 2 hours that I have no interest in health, fitness, and matrimony and she refused to acknowledge it. She kept telling me I have to do these things whether I like to or not. But don’t adults have choices and rights in this country? I feel depressed that I can’t have a happy relationship with my parents because I don’t agree with what they want for me. They feel that they have worked hard for me for nothing because I have no interest in being married and having kids. But I feel I have no desire to live a life to make my parents happy. Doesn’t only my happiness matter? They are very worried that I will someday have to go to the hospital due to health problems of not doing exercise and not eating healthy. I couldn’t possibly be happy eating healthy since all healthy food is unpalatable and unfulfilling. And exercise would completely wear me out, especially doing enough exercise to get rid of my big belly, which my mom has been yelling to me about it for years now. I can accept my fate if I am going to die early, lonely, and alone for not listening to them, so why can’t they? I have no interest in really being active anyway since my job and life revolve around computers, which do not require lots of physical activity anyway. Why can’t my parents understand this? I am 36 years old and have a master’s degree, don’t I deserve that my parents treat me better that this?
Thanks for your responses so far. One thing my mom really notices is my big belly, and she can see that I am not doing enough exercise, and/or not eating healthy, even if I just say yes to her exercise and diet questions. How do I deal with that?

If you’re after sportive body , a short set of exercises every day (10-15 minutes) is what you need.
Stick to your programme for around 3 weeks, increasing the intensity gradually, then change your exercises so that you don’t get bored.To get the most out of your workout, don’t forget to breathe properly (breathe in to lift and out to relax) and always wind up with a bit of stretching and relaxation. what kind of home sport are you excericising?

Question by John: 20 year old male; looking for basic health/fitness advice?
- 20 years old
- 127-128 lbs (skinny)
- 5’8″
- Non-smoker & non-drinker
- Full-time student, part-time job

I rarely eat breakfast, in fact I barely eat 2 meals a day…I’m on a tight budget, and on a busy schedule, so I never find the time. However, I’ve had an overhaul, and I would like some feedback on some basic stuff; I’m not very educated of health and fitness stuff.

I have three basic questions:
1] What kind of foods should I be eating to gain a healthy weight?
2] What should me intake be of carbs, proteins, fats, etc. to gain a healthy weight?
3] What would be a good workout plan to tone muscles, shed fat cells, increase testosterone levels, and become more active and fit? I plan on going to the gym about 3 days a week, but I really don’t know what I should be working at.

Any other information, tips, websites, etc. would be helpful. Thanks

John…there are plenty of resources to look up for this info. I’d suggest the American College of Sports Medicine…(look it up on the internet) Also, they sell an exercise prescription manual that might serve you well. You have to eat more to gain weight, plus hitting the weights. Intake of nutrients varies on your training and what you’re trying to achieve. Some breakdowns you’ll see is 40-30-30..protein carbs fat and there are many other.

Shit dude…you probably don’t need to loose any fat…hit the weights, read up on work out plans, since this isn’t the area to get into that, and masturbate more….it actually increases testosterone levels…
